I like your use of the generic boy and girl colors; they are that silent definition of who is speaking, with or without the icons at the top (which are also a nice touch IMO).
In some of the posters/pictures/designs I have seen as of late, people tend to over do the use of textures way too much and I like that you keep it to a simple background and not putting it in the text--with the different sized text. It would have made things look busy. I think...my only real issue with the design, however, would probably be the varying spacing between the different text sizes. I am not sure if the random placement of overlapping letters is on purpose or not, but I kind of like it.
