A very lovely image you've created here, but as an advertisement you've missed some important points.

First off, if this is supposed to be for AMD (because that's an AMD chip), then it needs to be clear. I can barely make out the logo on the chip, and to top it off it's at an odd angle.

Second, your LoremIpsum might as well not be there. You're the designer, so get creative! Make a title or a pitch to go there! Lorem Ipsum is only relevant for longer lines of type, anyway. Two words might as well be something else.

Third, it's quite dark. If you're imagining this to be a print piece, your colors are going to get muddled because of the general dark tones. Print sucks for vibrancy when you have an overwhelming quantity of darker tones. Sad but true.

Lastly, what are the chips doing? They aren't saying they're full of power, in my view. Rather, they look like they're exploding/falling apart. This seems to go against the general concept of "our product is good."
